Warranties
This product is guaranteed to be free of physical defects, design flaws, and errors in workmanship. Tested and rated by Underwriter's Laboratories (UL). If defects are discovered, do not attempt to fix them yourself; return to an authorized service center, or send pre-paid to the manufacturer.
Any customer receiving an incorrect product, which is not the product ordered, must contact the vendor within five working days to obtain return authorization; upon return, the incorrect product will be inspected to determine if it is in "new condition", and, if it is, the correct product will be shipped to the buyer at the vendor's expense. Once a customer accepts an order, it cannot be returned for refund; products shipped but not accepted will be refunded, less ten percent and shipping costs, unless damaged in the process.
NO artificial coloring or preservatives added. Contains NO sodium, carbohydrates or polyunsaturated fats. LOW in sugar, and caffeine-free.
Warnings
Do not use if safety seal is broken; do not remove protective covering. Keep away from running water, moisture and condensation. Do not immerse in water. Do not use in or near a bathtub or shower. Do not bend, fold, spindle or mutilate. Do not leave unattended. Do not puncture, incinerate, or store above 120 degree Fahrenheit. Do not clean with abrasives. Do not use with suede, leather, vinyl, plastic, or with a painted finish.
Avoid extreme temperatures, and store in a cool dry place. Do not place near a magnetic source. Keep away from sunlight, pets, and small children. Keep away from open flame; use only with proper ventilation. If ingested, do not induce vomiting; if symptoms persist, consult a doctor. For external use only; if a rash, irritation, redness, or swelling develops, discontinue use. Allergic skin reactions may occur after extended exposure. Harmful if swallowed. Do not use with alcohol. The Surgeon General of the United States has determined that smoking this product can be hazardous to your health. The best safeguard, next to abstinence, is the use of a condom.
If this item should ignite, place it in a nonflammable container, remove to a safe area, preferably out-of-doors, and extinguish either using methods approved by fire safety codes for your state or cover container with a fireproof material to eliminate oxygen supply.
The possibility of electrical shock does exist if you remove the cover and leave any of the components plugged in or turned on; be sure to unplug the device from the power outlet before servicing. Close cover before striking. Clean only with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. To avoid accidental erasure, remove appropriate tab or cover the write-protect notch with tape. Connect ground wire for optimum performance, and to avoid shock.
Liability limitations
Product must be used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with manufacturer's specific warnings; misuse or abuse invalidates the guarantee. Any amount paid is not returnable without proof-of-purchase (UPC) and a cashier's receipt showing date and place of purchase, with the amount paid for this product encircled. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number, and shipped in their original container.
We offer no extensions or exceptions to the manufacturer's warranty policies; all defective products shipped to us will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's terms stated in the owner's manual. In no event, are we liable for specific, collateral or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of purchase or use of these materials. Liability for loss, delay, or damage while handling is limited to $500.00, unless a higher value is declared in writing beforehand. Sorry, we cannot be responsible for errors in typing, typography, or photography.

Warranty limitations
We make no warranty, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, regarding these materials, and make such materials available solely on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty as to the design, capability, capacity, or suitability of this product except as provided in this paragraph. The sole and exclusive liability, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the purchase price of the materials described herein.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, misapplication, or damage resulting from modification or service other than at an authorized service center. It is recommend that only direct replacement parts be used, and that extreme care be taken in servicing items that are in hazardous or potentially dangerous locations. UL approval requires that only the specified battery for which the unit was designed be used; substitution of components may impair intrinsic safety. Do not dispose of batteries in a fire, as an explosion may occur.
This warranty does not cover damage by misuse, accident, lightning, flood, tornado, volcanic eruption, earthquake or Acts of God. Damage caused by neglect, improper installation, electrical surges, excessive readjustment, and improper or unauthorized repairs are the customer's responsibility.
Except as provided herein, no employee, agent, franchisee, dealer, or other person is authorized to give additional warranties of any nature. No agent, servant, or representative of the vendor has the authority to alter, modify, or waive any provision of this contract.
